Hi! I am a physical trainer, and to be an expert like me, physical trainers need to know very well the capacity of people, in order to tell people what they can or cannot do.


There are meny good and bad exercises which can affect the muscular system, like:

1.Lifting weights, doing force against the grabity, that means up. It can affect your bones and muscles if you haven't stop growing yet (You keep developing and growing) , it can be very bad because it can affect you developmentand you'll stop growing. But in an adecutae time with an adequate practice, weightlifting can become a great exercise.

2. Playing tennis can affect your knees and wrists, because when you run to get to the ball you need to stop doing a lot of force with your knee. When you have the racket and hit the ball with it, you can hurt your wrist because of the speed and force the ball has. The tennis is a great sport, and there are some ways in which you can prevent accidents like using a band in your wrist and knee protections.

All the sports are good but they can have an effect on your bones and muscle because in all of the sports you need the force of a muscle. Some are more dangerous, but all have an impact in our body
